OGDENSBURG — Mariano T. Patterson, 46, of 4194 Route 6, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Saturday and charged with theft of services and criminal possession of stolen property.

Mr. Patterson was accused of stealing a National Grid meter from a residence in the town of Lisbon on July 3, according to state police.

He was released on an appearance ticket.
