MASSENA — Steven Huber, 45, of 218 Jefferson Ave., was arrested at his home and charged with endangering a child after village police responded to a domestic dispute.

Mr. Huber was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
