LOWVILLE – Darwin H. “Joe” Peters, 82, of Number Four Road, died Tuesday morning, July 3, 2012, at his home, under the care of his family and Lewis County Hospice.A graveside service with Military Honors will be at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2012 at Beaches Bridge Cemetery with Rev.
