NEW BREMEN — Lewis County sheriff’s deputies on June 28 charged Richard M. Nellenbach, 42, of 1343 Route 26, West Leyden, with trespassing.

Mr. Nellenbach was accused of, on June 20, entering a posted property on Number Four Road in the town of New Bremen without permission. He is to appear in New Bremen Town Court.
