WEST STOCKHOLM - A West Stockholm man was charged with menacing early Thursday morning after police responded to a domestic dispute complaint on County Route 47

St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Jeremy J. O’Leary, 29, of 2894 County Route 47, Stockholm, with third-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child at 2:22 a.m. Thursday after responding to a 911 call reporting a domestic incident at his residence.

Deputies allege O’Leary threatened and struck a female during an argument that took place with a a child present. O’Leary was arraigned by Stockholm TownJustice Wayne Williams and released on his own reoognizance.
