RUSSELL – Judy A. White, age 62, of Russell, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the Canton – Potsdam Hospital.

There will be a Celebration of Life gathering at her daughter, Kelly’s home at 2 Alverson Road, Hermon NY 13652 on Friday, July 6, 2012 starting at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by French Funeral Home.

Judy was born on August 21, 1949 in Potsdam. She is the daughter of Helen (Walters) Janack of Northville and the late Theodore Ashlaw. She graduated from Knox – Memorial High School in 1967.

Judy was a homemaker who loved her dogs and to travel. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

Her survivors include her mother, Helen Janack and her companion, Bill Hamner; her long time compaine Dan Beachard; her sons, Wayne and Amanda White of Lowville, Danny Beachard, Jr.; her daughters, Kathy and Peter Booth of Antwerp, Kelly and Andy Wood of Hermon, Heidi Stalker of Canton; her brothers, Rock and Carmen Ashlaw; sisters, Linda Cook, Joyce Lane, and Connie Badger.

She is also survived by several half siblings and many nieces and nephews. Judy has seven grandchildren, Maraya, Erica, Dylan, Hudson, Paeton, Tyler, Logan and Ethan; great grandchildren, Landon, Gage, Layla, and several other great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her father, Theodore Ashlaw.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Russell Volunteer Fire Department
