NORFOLK — Adam W. Baxter, 33, of 250 Main St., was charged by state police with petit larceny at 2:20 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. Baxter is accused of stealing scrap metal, a steel grate and a snowblower attachment April 4, troopers said. Police were unable to provide the location from which the items were taken.
