A Watertown man was arrested following a domestic incident Friday at his residence.

City police charged Chad E. Bishop, 33, of 272 Moulton St., upper apartment, with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to police, Mr. Bishop prevented a woman living at the residence from calling police by pulling a phone cord from the wall.

Arrested at 6:47 p.m. Friday at his home, he was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket for City Court.
