Watertown police charged Christopher A. Young, 61, of 652 Arsenal St., Apt. A, with public exposure at 7:55 a.m. Friday after he was allegedly found naked in a parking lot near his residence.

Mr. Young was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was held on $100 bail.
