Watertown police charged Paul E. LaDuke, 34, of 1057 Arsenal St., with disorderly conduct stemming from an incident in June in the 600 block of Boyd Street.

According to police, Mr. LaDuke intentionally and loudly yelled racial obscenities, causing several bystanders to take notice and become alarmed.

Arrested at midnight Friday at 1 Public Square, he was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
