DEXTER — Gertrude L. “Trudy” Switzer, 73, of Breezy Knoll Trailer Park died on Friday morning at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, at the River Community Church, Clayton. A calling hour will be from 10-11 a.m., prior to the funeral, at the church. Burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on Trudy’s memory to: American Cancer Society, in c/o T.I. Cancer Kicker’s Relay for Life Team, P.O. Box 357. Watertown, NY 13601. Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home Inc., Lowville.
