CARTHAGE — Richard D. Susice, 28, of 454 N. Washington St., was charged by state police Saturday with petit larceny and is ordered to appear in Champion Town Court.

Police said he is accused of stealing 14 New York state vehicle inspection stickers in April at Caskinette’s Lofink Ford, Route 26.
