A menu showcasing a wide range of Vietnamese cuisine will be the mainstay at Lotus Restaurant, which is set to open July 5 in Price Chopper Plaza, 1283 Arsenal St.

Vietnamese egg rolls, soups, rice dishes and espresso will be offered at the restaurant started by An Doan, who also owns Nail Perfection & Spa at the plaza. All dishes on the menu will be less than $10.

The restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
