Robert L. Galeazzo, 45, of 332 Arsenal St., Apt. 3, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at Rite Aid, 315 Arsenal St., after he punched an officer in the face, according to Watertown police.

He is charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment. He was to be arraigned Thursday in City Court.

Police said Officer Chad D. Frederick was called to the store shortly after 1 p.m. to escort Mr. Galeazzo outside because he was intoxicated.
