AGGRAVATED UNLICENED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Stephen G. Olmstead, 30, of 149 Franklin Road, Waddington, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to install a court-ordered ignition interlock device following a drinking and driving conviction. The charges were lodged following a traffic stop at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday on Alvern Avenue.

UNREGISTERED VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jason B. Thompson, 36, of Rooseveltown with operation of a vehicle with an expired registration following a traffic stop at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street.
