Watertown police charged both Christina M. Delacerda, 21, and Christina Moctezuma, 24, both of 1815 Olmsted Drive, Apt. 211-A, with disorderly conduct 12:06 a.m. Saturday outside their apartment building.

Police said Ms. Delacerda was swinging her fists and had to be held back by others who were trying to prevent a fight, according to court documents.

Ms. Moctezuma, who also was charged with resisting arrest, is accused of shouting profanities and running away from officers as they attempted to handcuff her.

Ms. Delacerda was held Saturday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 bail pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.

Ms. Moctezuma was turned over to military custody and is to appear in Watertown City Court.
