Watertown police charged Dee H. Smith, 25, of 564 State St., Apt. 4, with second-degree counts of harassment and unlawful imprisonment about 1 a.m. Saturday following a domestic incident at her residence.

She is accused of getting on top of Amanda L. Barker, Watertown, after grabbing her and causing her to fall to the floor, police said.

Ms. Smith was held Saturday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.

She also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
