FORCIBLE TOUCHING - MASSENA - Village police Jeizino Cruickshank, 25, of 104 Bishop Ave., Massena, with forcible touching and second-degree harassment following a dispute with a female descried as his ex-girlfriend late Thursday morning.

Cruickshank was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gewrald P. Sharlow Thursday evening and released under the supervision of the probation department. The court also singed a temporary order of protection directing Cruickshank to have no contact with the 32-year-old female.

The woman told police Cruickshank had grabbed her in the crotch area and squeezed after she rejected his sexual advances. She said he had alsp pushed her on a bed and attempted to remove her pants.
