Rep. Bill Owens will make a swing through the north country on Thursday and Friday, including a stop at the Lewis County General Hospital's new dialysis treatment center.

Mr. Owens will face the winner of a GOP primary between Kellie Greene and Matt Doheny. Mr. Doheny also has the Independence and Conservative party lines.
