In it, Mark Barie hails then-candidate for Congress Bill Owens' job creation record. Dede Scozzafava, meanwhile, says he's an exaggerator of the highest degree.

Of course, Mr. Barie is now the chairman of the Upstate New York Tea Party, and frequently takes shots at Mr. Owens whenever he gets a chance. Ms. Scozzafava ended up endorsing Mr. Owens and campaigning for his re-election.
