Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb's town hall with Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush has been rescheduled for Oct. 17, and relocated it to the Lowville Municpal Building, 5535 Bostwick St., Lowville.

The event was originally scheduled for Sept. 13, but that's primary day.
