Two Frontier League girls basketball standouts, Adriana Spicer and Maddy Wetterhahn, will play for St. Lawrence University next season, the school announced in revealing its 2015 recruiting class.

Spicer, an Immaculate Heart Central guard, scored a school-record 511 points this year, to go with 58 assists. She ranks second on the school’s all-time scoring list with 1,267 career points.

Wetterhahn, a forward from South Jefferson, averaged 16.3 points and 10.8 rebounds in 19 games this season. She finished her four-year varsity career with 893 points and 659 rebounds.

Spicer made the Times All-North first team in each of the last three seasons, including MVP honors this year. Wetterhahn has been a first-team selection for the last two seasons.
