You can see your congressman up close and personal tomorrow when he visits Lowville and Watertown.

Rep. Bill Owens will be at the Lewis County Courthouse, 7660 N. State St., from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. tomorrow for a DANC groundbreaking.

He'll then travel on to North American Tapes for a tour from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. That's at 22430 Fisher Road, in the Jefferson Industrial Park.
