Chateaugay girls basketball coach Chris Reynolds was named the state Class D Coach of the Year late Monday night.

Reynolds was joined on the all-state teams by 11 other local athletes.

Six area girls made the Class D squad led by second-teamers Morgan Kiernan (Copenhagen) and Raquel Fowler (Chateaugay). Hermon-DeKalb’s Brianna Sayer made the third team and Hammond’s Alyssa Crosby made the fourth. Lisbon’s Jaclyn Moore was on the sixth team and Copenhagen’s Danielle Eisel was on the seventh team.

Malone’s Brittany Marshall made the Class A 10th team. South Jefferson had a pair of girls on the Class B squad. Maddy Wetterhahn made the fifth team and Rachael Bassett made the seventh team.

Immaculate Heart Central’s Adrian Spicer made the Class C fourth team and Madrid-Waddington’s Bridget Beldock made the Class C eighth team.
