About Clarkson: The Golden Knights are aiming for a season sweep of the Saints after beating SLU 2-1 in overtime in a nonconference game in Lake Placid and winning 3-1 in an ECAC Hockey game at Cheel Arena. Clarkson snapped a four-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over Brown on Friday, but in the 2011 portion of the schedule the Golden Knights are only 3-9. Clarkson is 5-5 in road venues and 8-6 overall in games away from Cheel Arena.
About SLU: The Saints have had an inconsistent season. SLU is only 4-5-2 at home. Last weekend was an example as SLU upset No. 2 Yale 3-2, then lost to ninth-place Brown 5-1 the following night.
