Lana M. Huston, Jamestown, daughter of Dale and Joan Huston, Jamestown, married Todd M. Thomas, Jamestown, son of Lynn and Rosemary Thomas, Pierrepont, at 1:30 p.m. June 27 at St. John's Church, Jamestown, with the Rev. Dennis W. Mende officiating.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore a strapless white gown with crystal beading.
Tara Huston, Jamestown, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tracy Thomas, Tupper Lake, sister of the groom, and Deborah Trohoske, Cleveland, Ohio.
John Ballou, Rochester, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were David Rogers, Niantic, Conn., friend of the groom, and Gerald Carlson, Jamestown, brother-in-law of the bride.
A reception was held at Conewango Valley Country Club, Warren, Pa., following the ceremony.
The couple spent a week in Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., for their wedding trip.
Ms. Huston is a 1999 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2001 graduate of St. Bonaventure University. She graduated in 2004 from the University at Buffalo law school with a juris doctor degree and is an attorney at Bly, Sheffield, Bargar, Pillittieri, MacCallum Law Firm, Jamestown. She is a member of the board of directors of the Chautauqua County Youth Symphony and the Arts Council of Chautauqua County.
Mr. Thomas is a 1992 graduate of Colton-Pierrepont Central School, Colton, a 1997 graduate of SUNY Potsdam, a 1999 graduate of SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, and a 2004 graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School, where he received a juris doctor degree. He is a director of Infinity Performing Arts Program, Jamestown, and the managing attorney at the Jamestown office of Legal Assistance of Western New York.
