Lacy L. Yager, Amherst, Mass., daughter of S. Kevin and Robin Yager, Dryden, was married to David L. Gunn, Amherst, son of Lawrence and Tana Gunn, Dexter, at 2 p.m. July 18 at the Grace Episcopal Church, Cortland, with the Rev. Jerome Wichelns officiating.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore an ivory strapless A-line gown with lace and a beaded bodice and a fingertip-length veil with lace trim borrowed from her mother.
Kristen Wilson, South Boston, Mass., friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Ramie, Dexter, Colleen Coletta, Waterford, and Erin Gunn, Dexter, all sisters of the groom. Claire Ramie, niece of the groom, was flower girl.
Chris Ramie, Dexter, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were K.J. Yager, Dryden, brother of the bride, Dave Ramie, Dexter, John Coletta, Waterford, brothers-in-law of the groom, and Jason Raymond, Dexter, friend of the groom. Dylan Ramie, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.
Readings were done by Stephanie Kuhn, cousin of the groom, and Deedee Ramie, friend of the couple. Steve and Fran Shumway, godparents of the bride, performed a vocal duet.
A reception was held at Tinelli's Hathaway House, Solon. The couple spent a week in Negril, Jamaica, for their wedding trip.
Mrs. Gunn is a 2001 graduate of Dryden High School, a 2005 graduate of SUNY Cortland, where she received a bachelor's degree in athletic training, and a May graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she received a master's degree in kinesiology. She is an assistant athletic trainer at University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Mr. Gunn is a 1998 graduate of General Brown Central High School and a 2002 graduate of SUNY Cortland, where he received a bachelor's degree in sport management. He is an assistant director of athletic media relations at University of Massachusetts.
