MORLEY — Amy M. Baker, Morley, daughter of Dale and Laurie Baker, Waddington, married Michael S. Perkins, Morley, son of Michael W. and Cindi Perkins, Morley, at 2 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Wesleyan Church with the Rev. James F. Bretzinger officiating.
Kelly Baker, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Keri Brooks and Jennifer Russell, both friends of the bride. Lindsey Baker, sister of the bride, was flower girl.
Josh Hunter, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Scott Dunn, cousin of the groom, and Kenny Brossoit, friend of the groom. Karl Baker, brother of the bride, was ring bearer.
Laura Barse, Morristown, aunt of the bride, created the flower arrangements.
Mr. and Mrs. Perkins are both volunteer firefighters for Morley Volunteer Fire Department and lined the aisle with fire hoses and a fire whistle was sounded while they said their vows.
A reception was held at West Potsdam Fire Hall following a parade of fire trucks.
Mrs. Perkins is a 2007 graduate of Madrid-Waddington Central School, Madrid. She is attending SUNY Canton majoring in nursing. She is employed by Cerebral Palsy of the North Country, Potsdam, and Joe's Place, Morley. She is first responder with the fire department.
Mr. Perkins is a 2007 graduate of Canton High School and is employed by Burn's Builders, Bucks Bridge. He is second assistant chief of the fire department.
