The Indian River boys basketball team had an 18-point lead at halftime against East Syracuse-Minoa and held off a fourth-quarter rally by the host team to post a 74-70 win in the consolation game of the Vince Celi tournament on Tuesday.
Jarrod Mattingly scored 20 points for Indian River (5-1), while teammate Curtis Dukes finished with 18. Zane Fish and Alexander Sullivan added 11 and 10 points, respectively, for the Warriors.
