SANDY CREEK — Randy A. Rogers, 50, of 2083 Lake St., formerly of Pulaski and Richland, died of a heart attack Sunday at Oswego Hospital after being stricken ill at his home.

A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Greater Victory Fellowship Church, 2056 County Route 2, Orwell (the former Orwell School), with the Rev. Scott Hardy officiating. Burial will be private.

Arrangements are with Summerville Funeral Home.
