Orrin W. Hill, Turin, announces the engagement of his granddaughter, Patricia Mooney, Sherrill, to David Grover, also of Sherrill.

Miss Mooney, daughter of Robert and Diane Hill Mooney, Poland, graduated in 2005 from Le Moyne College, Syracuse, with a degree in history education and in May from Utica College with a master's degree in special education. She is a special education teacher in Mohawk.

Mr. Grover, son of Stephen and Kathleen Grover, Manchester, Conn., graduated in 2006 from Le Moyne with a master's degree in physician assistant studies and is a physician assistant at Cardiology P.C., Syracuse.

A Sept. 26 wedding is planned.
