■ ANTWERP — There will be no garbage collection Friday because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Instead, garbage will be picked up Monday.

■ The Watertown Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. today at the municipal building on Brookside Drive. The meeting's main topic will be to review applications for a vacant Highway Department position.
