Two men are charged with driving while intoxicated.

■ Nathan R. Imhoff, 22, of 840 West St., Carthage, was arrested by state police late Monday night in the parking lot at TGI Friday's restaurant off Arsenal Street on charges of aggravated DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Police said he had a breath test result of 0.20 percent blood alcohol content. State law sets 0.18 percent as the threshold for aggravated DWI.

The arrest occurred while an apparent property damage accident in the parking lot was being investigated, police said. A trooper was unable to confirm that the minor damage on a parked auto was fresh.

■ Phillip C. Bourquin, 31, Chaumont, was charged by Watertown police at 3:15 a.m. Tuesday with DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a stop sign infraction in the 400 block of Arsenal Street. He tested at 0.12 percent, police said. A reading of 0.08 percent constitutes intoxication in New York.
