A Watertown woman was charged at 2:23 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest outside her 731 State St. residence.

City police said Michelle L. Henderson, 28, who lives in the upper apartment, yelled and screamed while swinging her arms toward people. She then allegedly struggled against officers' attempts to handcuff her.

Ms. Henderson was arraigned before Watertown Town Justice James P. McClusky and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $200 bail.
