LOWVILLE — This week's Lowville Farmers Market will include free beverages and door prizes in honor of the Fourth of July weekend.

An Independence Weekend Customer Appreciation Day will be held at Saturday's market.

Free beverages will be served throughout the day, while vendor-donated door prizes will be given out every half-hour from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

The Farmers Market is open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays throughout the summer in the Forest Park Pavilion at the Lewis County Fairgrounds, Bostwick Street.

A variety of fresh produce, baked goods and barbecue items are available for purchase.
