The engagement of Katrina Marie Larkins and Scott Andrew Blair, both of Lowville, is announced.

Miss Larkins, daughter and stepdaughter of Caroline and Donald Farr, attended Lowville Academy and Central School, Howard G. Sackett Technical Center, Glenfield, and received a general equivalency diploma this year.

Mr. Blair, son of Benjamin Blair Sr., Lowville, and the late Clara Blair, attended Lowville Academy and Central School and the Howard G. Sackett Technical Center machine trades program. Mr. Blair received a general equivalency diploma in 1985. He owns and operates a tree business.

The wedding will be Saturday.
