John and Peggy Raymond, Watertown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaymie Sue Raymond, to Joseph Michael Wiley, Watertown, son of Mary Wiley, Virginia, and Joseph F. Wiley, Watertown.

Miss Raymond, a 1999 Watertown High School graduate, received a master's degree from SUNY Potsdam in secondary math education and is a high school math teacher at Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School.

Mr. Wiley graduated from Watertown High School in 1999 and is a lab technician at Knowlton Technologies.

An Aug. 16 wedding is planned.
