LOWVILLE — Beverly Jean Middleton, 72, Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Lowville, died June 6 at Banner Baywood Heart Hospital, Mesa.
Born Aug. 10, 1935,in Lowville, daughter of Lester and Minnie R. Manchester Allen, she attended Lowville Academy.
A marriage to David Beckham ended in divorce. She later married Clint Middleton of California. He died in 1996.
She lived with her daughter Nancy Beckham in Boise, Idaho, after her health declined. They later moved to Mesa.
Surviving are three daughters and two sons-in-law, Ms. Beckham, and her companion, Ted Valahas, Mesa, Lynn and Gary Deprey, Paradise, Calif., and Valerie and Robert Stevens, Yuba City, Calif.; a son, Martin Middleton, address unknown; four sisters, Patricia VanAernam and Barbara Butler, both of Carthage, Gail McBroom, Lowville, and Karen Turck, New Bremen; five brothers, Robert L. Allen, California, Kenneth R. Allen, Port Leyden, Richard D. Allen, New Jersey, Lawrence H. Allen, Carthage, and Kevin M. Allen, Star Lake, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A sister, Diana Scouten, died in 1987.
