Alex Bay police cite four

with disorderly conduct

ALEXANDRIA BAY — Village police charged four people with disorderly conduct early Sunday on Market Street.

Benjamin T. Cunningham, 23, Antwerp, was charged at 1:35 a.m. for failing to disperse when so ordered, police said. He is to appear in Village Court.

Then, about 1:45 a.m., police arrested Dina M. Hierholzer, 35, and Jody A. Marshall, 47, both of 907 County Route 8, Hammond, and Marcie L. LaBrake, 22, of 185 Route 184, Heuvelton.

Ms. Hierholzer was issued an appearance ticket for Village Court, while Mr. Marshall and Ms. LaBrake were arraigned before Alexandria Town Justice Lewis H. Perry Jr. Mr. Marshall was released on $150 bail, while Ms. LaBrake was committed to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, and later released on $150 bail.

The latter three arrests stemmed from a large fight involving 15 to 20 people, with many more onlookers, according to police. State and park police assisted.

Three Drum soldiers face

disorderly conduct counts

Watertown police early Sunday charged three Fort Drum soldiers with disorderly conduct in separate, unrelated incidents.

Endosio C. Morales, 21, of 10322 Fourth Armored Division Road, at 1:30 a.m. was charged for allegedly fighting in a parking lot at 204 Factory St.

Michael D. Charlton, 24, of 10122 Fourth Armored Division Road, was charged at 1:56 a.m. at 1309 State St. for allegedly yelling at a police officer and refusing to leave the area after being told to several times.

Michael P. Lopez, 21, of 10234 N. Riva Ridge Loop, was charged at 3:23 a.m. at 345 Factory St. for allegedly trying to start a fight by taking a swing at another person.

All three were taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building for processing, then turned over to Fort Drum military police.

LeRay Street man charged

with harassment, mischief

Watertown police on Saturday charged Peter G. Fiaschetti, 44, of 902 LeRay St., with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Mr. Fiaschetti on Tuesday allegedly shoved, slapped and spat at Henrietta S. Hoffman at her 169 E. Division St. residence, touched a lit cigarette to her throat and damaged her bicycle by throwing it to the ground.

He is to appear in City Court.

Damage to, theft of lights

sends city teen to lockup

Watertown police on Saturday charged Jonathan T. Finn, 17, of 202 Chestnut St., with fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

He allegedly broke a plastic solar light, belonging to Donald D. Bartholomew, outside 652 LeRay St. and stole a second one. He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and released on $250 bail.

Harrisville man accused

of destroying a mailbox

FINE — Darcy A. Miller, 37, of 253 Old Route 58, Harrisville, was charged Saturday by state police with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

He is accused of wrapping his neighbors' mailbox in toilet paper and crushing it with a block of wood, police said.

He is to answer the charge in Fine Town Court.

Police: Massena woman

stole cupboard from store

MASSENA — A Massena woman is accused of stealing a wooden cupboard valued at $130 from the Memory Lane store at St. Lawrence Centre mall, state police said.

Amanda L. LaPage, 26, of 10 Bayley Road, was charged with petit larceny Saturday and is to answer the charge in Massena Town Court.

Norfolk woman charged

with shoplifting at P&C

MASSENA — Village police on Saturday charged Dodie H. Derouchie, 18, of 1945 County Route 38, Norfolk, with petit larceny.

She allegedly tried to take $50 worth of groceries from P&C Foods, Harte Haven Plaza.

She is to answer the charge in Village Court.
