Former Army Spc. Thomas Allan J. Hamilton, 28, of 357 Flower Ave. E., Watertown, died Tuesday morning at Syracuse Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He had been ill with cancer.

A memorial service with military honors will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at TLC Funeral Home. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.

Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for feline care.
