OGDENSBURG — A graveside service for Elizabeth I. “Betty” Payne, 86, Green Street, will be at 11:15 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's Cemetery with the Rev. Terry R. LaValley officiating.

Miss Payne died March 3 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
